
2.砸碎的阿胶放在有盖的容器里,用水250ML加盖浸泡2天.(我这个碗没盖,加了两层保鲜膜,不透气就行)
(网上说用黄酒泡。。我妈妈说黄酒有股味道。。所以我就用水)

3.准备冰糖250克,炒熟磨成粉的芝麻,切成小粒的核桃肉.
(我还加了一些红枣。。因为我小时候吃的是有红枣的)

4.泡透后,加入100ML的热水.

5.再把步骤3里的材料加入

6.加盖上锅小火蒸1个小时,在蒸的过程中要经常搅拌,以免粘底.等全部融化后取出,凉后放冰箱保存.

7.食用方法:每日早晚各一次,每次1~2汤勺。

I did make it during the weekend. Except I added too much water. And it became AJiao soup. And luckily after we put it in the frig, it became jello.
Anyway, GF refused to eat it, said that it is smelly. I likes it. Reminds me of the old times when my Mom forced me to eat one spoon each morning.
"does it taste good?" my question too.
("huang jiu") is necessary.
And I am sure it is not good taste.
