my understanding:
murder => intentional
manslaughter => unintentional (过失砂仁？）
btw, 究竟所犯何科？

murder -- cold blood
manslaughter -- hot blood (out of passion, 就是冲动砂仁）
obviously I watched too much Law and Order too.
I start to fan NCIS too, USA channel has back to back NCIS episode. Good story, nice characters.
ncis new series is on cbs (channel #5 ?) every Tuesday evening 8pm :-)
