挺漂亮的大丽菊,唯一遗憾的就是只有一个品种. :-(

作为国内研究 CPI问题的权威专家,中国社科院欠发达地区研究中心主任袁钢明表示,“越南对资本进出有严格控制,与泰国资本过度开放导致热钱大进大出有根本不同,将越南的经济恶化理解为泰国金融危机的翻版过于简单。越南经济恶化的根源在于CPI。”越南国内经济形势的恶化首先表现在通货膨胀上。今年5月,越南CPI涨幅达到25.2%,创下1992年以来最高水平。“一旦CPI涨幅超出民众承受能力,高物价必然引发居民恐慌心理。为了抵御高通胀,民众会尽快将手中的越南盾换成黄金、美元,这就导致越南盾贬值,并导致其他一系列危机。”袁钢明分析称.

What it means is that China is also aware of the inflation and the hot money is flowing from Vietnam to China. Is this why China is tightening the money flow and control inflation?
