1. 将猪里脊肉(1pound)切成丝,放入碗中, 加入白糖(1勺)、老抽(1勺), 淀粉上浆抓匀。
2. 葱洗净均切成丝过水, 将葱丝放入盘中央.
3. 锅内加油烧至五成热,将肉丝入勺滑散,捞出沥油.
4. 中火, 放一勺麻油,放3勺甜面酱,略炒,放入肉丝拌匀,起锅装盘即成。
5.摆上买来的蒸热的荷叶饼.
