Question:
I have an IP adder latency *2 cycles* (you cannot insert pipeline. can not modify it, only use it)
Now I want to build an accumulator using this kind of adder (you can use whatever numbers of adders + flops) the input throughput is 1 sample/cycle. The output of accumulator is also 1 result/cycle (so I need to see every accumulation result). It allows any latency.
