My peonies stop growing for more than three months. I am worried now ...
How about Liu Fangs's peonies?
I searched internet and there are a lot of posts said "4—6月为生长发育旺盛时期".
Any idea will be appreciated.

I have no idea.
mine did not grow after a couple of months either after spring :-p
I have put those peonies bulb in the ground ever since Sept 2005, I just noticed every spring, there will be more leaves... Hopefully that means the bulbs is growing every year...
This is for gardenia... My gardenia is having a lot of yellow leaves. That maybe a cause of lack of plant food ! The webpage said that I should use acidic plant food, like this one
Orchin,
It is much easier using apple Vinegar for those plants.
And now I use beer as fertizer for my peonies. One month a beer, let's see what will happen. :-)
Hahahaha.... :-) Nice idea! Please tell me if it is successful. If so, I am gonna use beer as well.. :-)
There are some peonies and tree peonies for sale. Not sure about this website, but it doesn't hurt to have a look. :-)

they really look nice! Just need to think of a place in my backyard to plant them... Are you interested in buying one? We may be able to share the shipping for buying more...
For the second webpage, I am not sure those peonies are tree peony or Herbal ones...
