Is this a flower bud?

Ask you two a question :

Is this a flower bud? Or a regular new leaf? This is one of the
leaves you gave me on Feb/March. Not the recent one. The recent
one is still alive :-)

It should be OK. Usually when you water too much or too little, this will happen.

It caused by a little white bug(I don't know the name) and those bugs can be killed if you put this pot into sun shine. Please leave for about one or two hours in the sun shine. As you know, the queen of night blooming doesn't like too much sun shine.
